I gave this notebook to my grandson for Christmas. He really enjoys it. It was very interesting to do it with him. He's eight years old. As a retired art therapist, I think it's very well done.

Fantastic purchase! My 9-year-old daughter fills it out whenever she wants to share both positive and negative experiences. Every page is different, and she loves the prompts! She's already asked if she can have another one next year!

Not at all! The Confidence Journal is the opposite of school. There are no grades, no pressure. It's a fun space filled with checkboxes, little drawings, and entertaining questions. It only takes 5 minutes a day and quickly becomes their favorite part of the evening.

This notebook is ideal for children aged 6 to 12. As soon as they begin to read and write (grades 1-2), they can use it completely independently. For younger children, it becomes a wonderful bonding moment to fill out together before bedtime!

That's completely normal, and there's no pressure. The notebook is undated: your child goes at their own pace, with no "right way" to fill it in they can write, draw, colour or simply flip through it, and come back whenever they feel like it. I’m truly amazed at how successful this journal has been with my 10 year old son. I don’t even have to remind him to fill it out - he loves to write in it every night. It really has sparked some creativity in him too. He’s taken to drawing in his sketchbook afterwards. I was skeptical when ordering it, but am really thankful for this tool which is helping my son’s emotional health.

Ma fille et mon petit fils aiment le concept;
Je l’ai offert à ma petite fille. Elle choisit ses sections mais je n’ai pas encore eu de retour.
J’en ai offert un autre à mon petit fils 9 ans. Il est passionné…hâte de remplir sa page pour finir la section avoir des récompenses et certificat. Il suit l’ordre. Chaque fois il montre à sa mère qui du coup lui pose des questions. Lui, il a une chance de mettre des mots sur un ressenti. Parfois sa mère développe des valeurs comme respect, amitié etc….elle dit que c’est bien d’avoir un contexte de l’enfant pour expliquer des valeurs, c’est plus concret.
Ils sont Ravis.

Book très intéressant. Il faut aider l'enfant à s'en emparer pour qu'il puisse trouver son réconfort.

Je l'ai offert à mon ado. de 17 ans. C'est une jeune fille très douce, solaire. Toutefois elle est extrêmement timide et ne parle de rien ... de rien. Elle a dit "c'est pour les enfants de 12 ans, avec des smileys comme pour les bébés." Il me semble qu'elle remplit tout de même les pages ... je souhaite que ce carnet l'aide a développé ce qu'elle garde pour elle.
Je l'ai offert à ma petite-fille pour ses 15 ans, maintenant je ne sais absolument pas ce qu'elle en pense et en fait et ne lui pose pas la question.
Mais ce carnet a l'air bien fait l'ayant un peu feuilleté avant de l'offrir.
Mon fils rentre une semaine sur 2 à la maison, il est complètement fan de ce carnet pour se libérer.
