Refund policy
You can return a journal within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Here are the conditions and the steps to follow.
The deadline: 14 days
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. You then have 14 more days to send the journal back.
The journal must be in its plastic wrap
The journal must come back to us new, in its original plastic wrap, unopened. The wrap shows us the journal hasn't been used and lets us sell it again.
We do not accept journals that have been unwrapped, written in or damaged.
How to return a journal
- Email us at support@mybookstory.co with your order number and the journal you want to return.
- We reply with the return address.
- You send the journal back in a well-protected package. Keep your proof of shipping.
Return shipping is at your expense.
If your order came with a free gift, please send it back along with the journal.
Your refund
We refund you once we receive your package and check that the journal is still in its wrap, within 7 business days.
The refund goes back to the payment method used for your order. It covers the price of the journal. If you return your whole order, it also covers the shipping you paid, at the standard shipping rate.
Damaged journal or wrong item
If your journal arrives damaged, or it isn't the one you ordered, email us at support@mybookstory.co with a photo. We send you the right journal at our expense. If we need the first one back, we cover that return too.
