Our current edition (The Confidence Notebook) is specially designed for children aged 6 to 12. Younger children can use it with an adult, while older children can do it independently. (Psst... Do you have a teenager at home? Our brand new Teen Edition (ages 12-17) is coming at the end of March!).

Absolutely. The notebook doesn't feel like homework at all. It offers several ways for them to express themselves: writing a few words, drawing, circling, and even using our included sticker sheets. There's no pressure to achieve a specific result or to have a "right answer."

It contains 180 pages, which is about three months' worth of activities at a rate of one double page per day. Since it's undated, your child can progress at their own pace and won't feel guilty if they skip a day.

Your orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. If the notebook is undamaged, we accept returns with a full refund.
